How do I update the APN settings on my Android device?
You can configure the APN settings on your Android device by following the path below:
Settings > More > Mobile networks > Access Point Names
Enter the following information to configure your APN for Transatel DataSIM:
APN: mobiledata
Username: mobiledata
All other fields should be left empty.
You are ready to use your Transatel DataSIM and stay connected around the world. Please make sure that you have inserted the SIM card on your device, configured the APN settings and enable data roaming. For faster connection speed, make sure that the network mode is set to 4G/LTE.
