I have forgotten my password/username, what should I do?
If you have forgotten your password or username:
- use the 3G/4G connection with your Transatel DataSIM SIM card (make sure that Wi-Fi option is deactivated on your device)
- open your Transatel DataSIM application or go to URL tds-selfcare.com on your device connected with your Transatel DataSIM SIM card
- You will then be logged in automatically to your account. From there, you will be able to access your password/username in the settings and modify them.
