How to delete my Transatel DataSIM account?

In order to delete your Transatel DataSIM account, please follow instructions below:

- Connect to your Transatel DataSIM account on
- Go to the Settings tab
- Click on DELETE MY ACCOUNT button

Important: Please note that if you still have main credit or data plans active on your account, they will be automatically deleted. Refunding, retrieving, or transferring any remaining main credit or data plans after account deletion is impossible.

You can also contact our Customer Service on this contact form directly to request the deletion of your Ubigi account. Your request will be processed within 24 working hours, and you will receive a confirmation email.
