Can I get my product delivered to the hotel or apartment where I will be staying?

Yes, your order can be shipped to the hotel where you will be staying.
If you are staying at an apartment or a hotel where your name is not on the mailbox, you will need to find out what name is on the mailbox and put this as the first line of the address instead of your own name.
You must also notify the hotel or the apartment owner that you are expecting a package from Transatel, otherwise they may refuse the package, and it will automatically be returned to us.
